As part of the City of Lake Stevens North Cove Park Phase II Redevelopment Plan our boathouse had to be moved 500' South. The City purchased a lot, poured a concrete slab, and physically moved the boathouse. We completely emptied the entire boathouse in preparation for the move. Once the boathouse is moved and in its new home, we will add electrical, insulation, heat, and an addition which will include a bathroom.
