Learn To Row

LTR sessions are held Sat/Sun from 9:00-11:00am. For the July/August sessions, they will be held from 8:00-10:00am to avoid the increased number of motorized boats on the lake in the summer.

LTR is comprised of 8 classes over 4 weeks. Each session typically begins the first Saturday of every other month. Ages 15 and up.

Must be 5 feet tall and able to carry 40 pounds by yourself. This is important for lifting and helping the crew carry the boats to and from the water.

2026 SESSIONS

Our sessions are 4 weeks long, meeting on Saturdays and Sundays for a total of 8 classes.

Learn To Row fees include:

  • Class registration fee- $250

  • US Rowing Membership- $10 for 60 days or $25 per year

  • Float test- cost is set by the pool conducting the test. Most run between $10-$15
